At first everything seems great and Marlon has been responsive until billing starts coming in with issues that are unexpected and not what was promised- very disappointing that I wasted so many hours on the phone to figure it all out myself & thousands of $ that were not planned

Some experience with compass health insurance is it’s awful , Steve Hazel misrepresented the insurance pans he and compass health can provide , I was at locs football in Okeechobee after receiving food I piled over to lace ore securely in my truck , Steve Hazel walked over and introduced himself ad handed me his compass health card , then Steve proceeded to lie to me , he said I could keep my current insurance which is Medicare part a+b and Humana ppo giveback he then said if I had a chronic condition that I would quss add lift for additional food alowance card , I didn’t know that was possible but Steve then assured me he could do this , so my first appointment either Steve he had to cancel and we set up for following wensday August 29 th , now understand this I’m 68 years old just had sixth heart operation so my time here on earth is extremely valuable to me because it’s limited do to heart condition , Steve assured e if dr signed off on chronic care condition I could keep exact plan which is the premium plan , but when I got to his office here comes the lies , Steve Hazel begins to tell me that no I can’t keep my same Humana ppo giveback and wanted me to change to an hmo plan so deceit I guess is Steve Hazel way of entailing new customers , I didn’t want to change plans and if I new I had to change I would have never income to see Steve Hazel , every hour of my life is I try to live to the fullest well Steve just took some of my precious time and waisted it what a liar I hope the rest of insurance agent working for compass health agent liars like Steve , so I left confused what had just happened , I waisted time listening to Steve Hazel only because he and I quote , don’t have to change plans and but when I got there all he said was that I had to change plans , I feel like anxiety building inside me because I’m 68 years old and I think Steve took advantage off that , if I could give a negative 5 stars for Steve deceitful ways I would have , now totally disgusted that compass health has an agent that purposely lies to customers in order to until there business. I think compass health should compensate me for waisted time , when I ran bulldozer in the union I made 120$ an houri wat compass health or Steve (liar )Hazel to give me 120$ in compensation , lucky I don’t take this further but I found out Steve has done the same thing to multiple people mainly teachers , what a disgusting human being praying on senior citizens , don’t use this company if that is there policy , I know have to go see a phyciatrist because this bothers me so much how can one human blatantly lie to active financial gane , we are gathering names up of all the people Steve has done this to the list is growing, really don’t want to sue Steve Hazel or compass health but at this point we are looking at that as an option , don’t trust any insurance agents that tell you one thing but then tell you no can’t provide what they said the could , I hope the owner or ceo of compass health reprimands Steven Hazel for his lies

Tom was such a blessing to my family and I when we needed help the most . What a huge Blessing! Mr Gus sat down with us got my Dads Medicare taken care of and I was able to get Health Insurance and a Dental Plan that was amazing!!!
