Department: Retail Sales   Supervisor: Retail Store Director

Job Description: Manage the on-going operations of a CH Retail Location(s)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote All Compass Health Product Lines
• Oversee and staff the store on a full-time basis (Monday – Saturday)
• Recruit Candidates to become 215 licensed agents
• Manage Agents to maximize production
• Manage Staffing calendar
• Maintain a clean work environment including the bathroom, kitchen,
  coffee station, supply room, floor, desks, and windows.
• Comply with Retail Store Guidelines

Qualifications: A minimum of 2 years’ experience for the below requirements

• 2-15 Licensed (Health, Life & Annuity)
• Experience selling Individual Heath & Medicare
• Strong communication, time management & organizational skills

Compensation:

• Personal Commission + Overrides (Advances paid weekly)
• Start-up allowance & Monthly Marketing/Lead Allowance
