Department: Retail Sales   Supervisor: Retail Store Manager

Job Description: Drive sales through all Compass Health product lines by
contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling, using
referrals.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Call potential clients in order to expand their own customer base
  • Interview prospective clients to get information about their
    financial resources and discuss existing coverage
  • Explain the features of various policies
  • Analyze clients’ current insurance policies and suggest additions
    or other changes
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
  • Handle policy renewals
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Be present on a full-Time basis in retail store

Qualifications:

  • 2-15 licensed (Health, Life & Annuity)
  • Goal-oriented
  • Excellent skills in communication and presentation
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating
    long-lasting relationships

Compensation:

  • Commission advances paid weekly
  • Start-up marketing/ lead allowance
  • 50% marketing/lead co-op thereafter
