I am pleased to introduce myself to the Compass Health Agent Team and look forward to meeting and working with everyone. Our President, Bruce Henry, asked me to write a brief Bio so you all understand my background.
I was born and raised in Kentucky and now live in Port Saint Lucie Florida. I have been on active duty in the US Army since 2006. I received my insurance license in 2007 and have been working on and off in the insurance business since then while also meeting my military obligations.
In 2015 I was offered an opportunity to work as an analyst with some civilian Government Agencies under an Army program. This allowed me to continue my insurance career. I started working as a Broker in Kentucky in the Group Health Arena. I moved to Florida in 2019 to be closer to my duty station in Tampa and to continue my career in the insurance field.
After doing things on my own for a year I realized I needed to be affiliated with a successful Company that was a Leading Agency with Florida Blue/BCBS. After researching several different options – it became obvious Compass Health was where I needed to be,
I went to work for Compass Health in 2022 in the Largo office. In September of this year, I was offered the opportunity to start building a Group Sales Dept. for Compass Health! . I am pleased to say we have brought on 15+ Groups with over 500 members in the last few months with more coming on board each month.
If you have never been involved in the Small to Mid-Size Group Market – you should be! With the steep increase in individual ACA premiums since the inception of the PPACA – Small Group premiums are now lower in many cases and everyone buys ancillary coverage. This is a very lucrative segment that can develop huge monthly recurring income for you.

Lastly – I want you to know what makes me smile the most is the fact I have a wonderful daughter who lives in El Paso Texas with my son in law who is also in the Army. They have one beautiful daughter – this keeps me smiling every day!
