HAPPY OPEN ENROLLMENT from the TM Room!

Hello Compass Agents!

My name is Anne Leavitt, and I am the Manager of the Compass Health Telemarketing Room.  I have been working with the Compass Team to build our TM Team and lead capabilities.  As we move into 2022, we expect to staff the room to upwards of 20 TM’s allowing us to produce 100+ leads per day!

Our own TM Room offers a great resource for quality leads available exclusively to our agents on a cost shared basis.  I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity.

At present, we train new members of our TM area by giving them a packet of procedures, scripts, carrier qualifications, and rebuttals.  The TM Room has proven to be a great breeding ground for developing new agents.  At Compass, our TM’s ARE NOT JUST A TELEMARKETER & The position of TM in our company is an important role.

The majority of employees in our area want to become agents.  The TM Room offers a great venue to obtain a hands-on introduction to the day to day aspects of being an agent.

I encourage the members of our department to remember they are providing a SERVICE – an opportunity to obtain health insurance which could help in a life or death situation and get one the care they need. Expect objections and remember, an objection is better than a dial tone! It is a challenge – use rebuttals.   Agents rely on our leads. We try our best to build a quick rapport, gather information and make a live transfer or schedule a call back. Often those on the phones are hung up on, yelled at, but they are encouraged to roll with it and keep dialing the next call just might be a lead, besides, it builds thicker skin!

Sometimes our area can seem like chaos as everyone is talking at the same time, music is often playing to keep folks motivated, but it really is organized chaos! We love to hear from agents that either come into our department, call me or email to share the news of a great sale. Sometimes we also hear a lead didn’t work out and we will check the recorded to call to make sure the call had gathered all information and was a good lead as it left our area (Note that TM&s are now attaching their recorded call to the NOTES on HUB so agents can hear the call themselves). Open communication works best and I encourage agents to reach out to me with good news or constructive criticism of a lead. HAPPY SELLING!

Feel free to reach out to me if you have any interest in participating in our exclusive Lead Program. These leads are available to our agents on an exclusive basis for just $20 (versus our cost of $50).  I know many of our top agents use these leads each and every week with great results.  Like we say “there is no such thing as a bad lead”.  You just need to know ‘how to’ approach the lead properly and keep vigilant!

Feel free to contact me at aleavitt@compasshealthinsurance.com or give me a call at 772-546-2299 EXT 106 if you are interested in learning more about our Tele Lead program.
