As all agents know, networking is a pillar of success for building your book of business. Not to mention this past year has demonstrated how important having social media is for connecting with family, friends, colleagues, etc. LinkedIn is a great platform to promote yourself as an agent and connect with potential prospects!

Here are a few other simple ways to utilize your LinkedIn account…

  • Attract connections through a well-enhanced profile your profile should have a title and comprehensive summary, use keywords that explain your business in detail
  • Use a business professional headshot for your profile picture People like to put faces to the name and it develops trust for viewers of your profile
  • Get started by connecting with people you know follow family, friends, and current clients. This is where you begin to grow your network and start prospecting potential clients.
  • Post an ad to generate new leads with over 740 millions members on LinkedIn and 55 million business on LinkedIn, posting an ad for $20 can go a long way Linked is by far the most used media platform and produces the most results for prospecting and connecting. Facebook is also a great way to market our products as the average age is 40.5 years old. If anyone needs assistance setting up any media account please call me at the home office!
