It’s a mental process that they have to endure, and adding on the burden of figuring out how they want to be processed isn’t convenient. Giving your clients all this information will help them, especially with their needs. All they have to do is provide the information to the police officer and give the company a quick call, and the rest is all taken care of.
My final remake is, Don’t take NO for an answer, but give the facts and give the customer an opportunity for “Death” to sink in. Eventually, they will come around, plus it’s a more accessible sale than you think!
