Compass Health is pleased to invite you to our New Compass Rewards Referral Program. You can earn up to 2500 points for referring a friend, colleague, relative, or anyone else to Compass Health to become an agent! Below are the guidelines:

    • Both non-licensed and licensed people can be referred
    • If non-licensed, Compass Health will sponsor their online school, exam, and Carrier appointments including Florida Blue
    • All new agents will receive comprehensive training including the option to attend our 3 day Home Office workshop with all expenses paid

How the Point Values are earned:

    • 500 Points awarded upon the New agent completing their Compass Health appointments
    • 250 Points awarded once new agent completes the 3-day workshop
    • 25 Points awarded to each sale the new agent produces (Regardless of the product or member count)
    • Production points can be earned up to a total of 2500 points per referral!
