Compass Health Tele-leads

It’s a new year, and with it come new challenges. Developing leads is one thing, developing good quality leads is another. For those of us that have been in sales for numerous years, it’s all about the quality of the lead. As agents, we can all appreciate a lead that is qualified prior to us contacting the lead.

But where do these leads come from?  The short answer is various sources. Our tele-marketers are constantly dialing to produce leads in Florida and Georgia.  We will also be producing leads in Texas and North Carolina in the next few months. You do have to sign up and have a non-resident license to receive these leads. Our agents that have thus far worked in the Georgia leads, have found these people to be very receptive and eager to learn more about the ACA.  The marketplace in states outside of Florida are ripe with people who need health care coverage, and many are not aware of the subsidies that the government is offering. When 4 out of 5 people qualify for health coverage that is at or below $10 a month, it’s hard for them to say no.

With that being said, what other sources can we look to for Life leads, Smart Cremation, Dental and Accident plans? Well, our tele-marketers take up those challenges as well with our extensive product training and oversight, we are able to monitor their conversations with consumers to see what type of feedback they are receiving. Subsequently that helps us target the needs of the people they are speaking with. Getting pertinent information from the potential applicant is paramount to turning that lead into a sale regardless of the product. The more information the lead has the better ability you have as an agent to convert them.  We are also in the process of using alternate lead sources.

For example, we have hired Melleka Marketing out of Los Angeles to help us with digital marketing to do several things. To develop a social media presence and to encourage traffic to visit our website and our stores. Melleka is in the early stages, and it will take time to gain traction in a highly competitive arena. Most importantly, Melleka is tracking our results in various campaigns, such as email, Facebook, and Google Analytics. With this tracking we will be better informed on what works and doesn’t work, with the net result being a better qualified lead.

But we haven’t stopped there. We are also researching various call centers around the country that specialize in exclusive leads. They will be working with our scripts and calling after hours to reach people at various times of the day. This will especially help with states that are not in our time zone. Long story short, we are working overtime to provide you with the best quality leads money can buy. They are exclusive to you, they will be touched by email and even text dripping on occasion, which, means one thing. Sales! Let’s have a great Year!
